Carlos De Uriarte, Founder & CEO
Carlos founded Evictions TX in 2016 after seeing how often Houston landlords lost months of rent to preventable mistakes — a notice served the wrong way, a petition filed in the wrong precinct, a case dismissed on a technicality that meant starting over from day one.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, and has spent the last decade working directly with the Texas Property Code and the justice court system. Since 2016, Carlos and his team have handled more than 3,000 evictions for Houston-area property owners — from the first Notice to Vacate through court representation and, when necessary, the Writ of Possession.
